The location was excellent !! Less than 10 minutes from The Long Beach Airport and Resturants .. Even Walmart was close. And the Staff was excellent 👌🏾

Next door to a top notch plaza where we got food/drink from Whole Foods. A Starbucks inside and one outside. Easy access to 2 credit union ATMs, variety of restaurant options in very short walking distance. We went to the LB flea market on Sunday and it was about a 2 min drive! 4th St Retro Row about 15 min drive. Felt like we were in a luxurious and spacious room with the King bed, sitting area, and ample closets though we didn’t need them. Bathroom also large and sparkling clean.

The staff was nice, it was quiet, it was very clean, smelled good, great location, close to many places banks, grocery stores, Starbucks, the habit burger, clothing stores, etc

Location was great and felt safe. Hotel was clean and updated. Cell service was not good. My room was near the lobby and was loud with guests at night. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially Princess.

My only negative comment is based upon the total lack of cell phone service on my wing and apparently in the majority of the hotel. I had to walk out a side door and walk across the street to find service.

The hotel its self was nice. It was clean. Plenty of parking. In the middle of a lot of stores, places to eat, the bank and coffee!.

All the staff was friendly. The overall appearance was clean. It was nice and quiet. Nice location Lots of restaurant close by.

The location is accommodating as well as the extra shops, businesses and restaurants providing an additional welcome atmosphere.

Wonderful facility!!!! Very comfortable, clean and just overall comfortable. We had a cruise the next day and got a great rest! I would recommend this hotel for anyone waiting to go on a cruise or visiting Long Beach.
