The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.

Location was great and felt safe. Hotel was clean and updated. Cell service was not good. My room was near the lobby and was loud with guests at night. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially Princess.

Front desk people were unprofessional and not very nice at greeting or when you needed to ask a question. Everyone else and room was good. First impressions should be very important. And, your front desk people need some work.

Helpful with shuttle service to cruise port so we didn’t have to Uber. So much cheaper and roomier. Also the shuttle pick up guy (can’t remember his name) had a Taylor swift concert with us in the van!! So fun!!

Overall the hotel was nice, I liked the room set up. Sometimes in rooms like this you get a little chair, I liked that they had an actual couch. Also the proximity to restaurants was nice
